Perfect weekend

We only had one flight choice for PCB so we landed at noon. I called the property owner and asked if our room might be ready and they said it wasn't. Less than an hour later I got a text letting us know it was ready and waiting for us 🙂 The room was very clean and nice. Beautiful beach and within walking distance to food/shopping/groceries. We will def book here again.

Enjoyable visit

My wife and I had an enjoyable time at Ocean Villa. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well furnished. There were cooking and cleaning items in the unit. We had a wonder view of the beach from the balcony. We had easy access to the beach and pool. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.

Comfortable condo

Our condo was basic but comfortable. There are a few suggestions that I think would help. There were plenty of knives but only 6 forks, plenty of glasses but only 3 wine glasses, plenty of pots and pans but not even one potholder, and only one dish towel. I would also suggest more lighting in the bathroom so you don't feel like you are in a cave while in the shower and the second bedroom needs more light bulbs in the ceiling fixture. It is a dark room and one would not want to open the window drapes because the view is only the trash receptacles. The balcony is the best feature and the balcony furniture is lovely, colorful and sturdy. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Unfortunately too many other residents don't observe the no smoking rule. Ocean Villa property is lovely and well maintained, the attention to cleanliness is appreciated. We enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, and the view was even better! Though there are a couple of minor things I would like to suggest.. 1.) It would have been nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms. (we bought some and left it, but it would be a nice thing to have) 2.) There was no bedding for the pull out couch. I called the front desk and they "had some delivered to the room" but they just brought more sheets. It would have been nice to now that we needed to bring a comforter/pillows for that bed. But other than those two minor things, it was great! 10/10 (:
