How Does Renting a Condo Differ from Renting a Hotel Room
Simply stated…more space. Condo rentals similar to a traditional home environment allow extra space for families and guests to easily interact with one another. Additionally condos are each unique! Our units are each individually owned and reflects the owner’s personal decorating taste in its specific decor and furnishing choices. Like Hotel Rooms, Will My Condo Be Cleaned on a Daily Basis
No, this is another difference between renting a condo versus a hotel room. Each and every one of our units are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Should you wish to have basic housekeeping services during your stay, we are happy to schedule them at your convenience (additional fees may apply.) Please ask your reservation agent for details. What is Included in a Condo Rental
Our units, (excluding efficiencies) feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas, washer & dryer, private balconies, and separate bedrooms. Amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, children water activity features, and on-site restaurants vary by property but because each of our properties are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, you are within minutes of the beach’s best shopping and dining options.

Do We Need to Bring Our Own Towels/Linens or Kitchen Supplies
No, Royal American Beach Getaways provides the linens, bath towels and amenities in every vacation condo. All of our rentals (excluding some efficiencies) feature kitchens stocked with basic cookware, utensils, plates, cups and silverware. These items have been supplied for your convenience.
Getaway Tip: At this time we do not provide beach towels, so please remember to pack your own!
Additionally, we don’t think you should have your first day with us running errands, so for your convenience we’ve included a one/two starter supply of the following items:

Who is Responsible for Cleaning the Unit at Departure
You are on vacation — we are! Our professional housekeeping services ensure all of our guests experience the same high standard of cleanliness.

Are There Additional Fees Associated with a Renting a Condo
There are additional fees associated with a condo rental but they vary by property and unit size. The fees cover departure cleans, parking passes, maintenance of the pools and other guest amenities. Please ask a reservation agent for details.

Do I Need to Provide a Security Deposit
No, in lieu of a security deposit, each reservation is charged $45 as a nonrefundable Vacation Rental Damage Protection. Commonly referred to as a "Peace of Mind Damage Waiver,” this charge covers unintentional damages to the interior of the rental unit for up to $1,500 in damages, provided they are disclosed to management prior to checkout. Damages due to neglect will not be covered.
