Teresa Gunter is the General Manager of Royal American Beach Getaways. Teresa joined Royal American Beach Getaways in June 2020. Her expertise lies in guest, owner and associate relationships, accounting, and operations. She brings 30+ years in the Hospitality/Hotel Management industry from destinations such as Destin, FL, Coral Springs, FL, Key West, FL, Greenville, SC, Rapid City, SD, Los Angeles, CA, Knoxville, TN, Nashville, TN and her hometown of Memphis, TN. She served on many opening property's tasks force teams and successfully opened two new properties as the acting General Manager. She enjoys spending time outside, at the gym and with her daughter who is currently attending Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.

Sara Verhonich is the Owner Services Representative for Royal American Beach Getaways. Sara joined RABG in April of 2014. She has over 20 years of hospitality and customer service experience. In her time with the team, she has created new SOPs ensuring consistency in the team’s customer service practices. Sara’s dedication of follow-through and problem solving ensures a positive owner experience and makes her an asset to the RABG team.

Brian Grant is the Director of Revenue Management for Royal American Hospitality. A true Panama City native, Brian began his career in the hotel business working with his grandparents and parent's mom and pop beachfront hotels located in PC (Trips and Georgian Terrace). Brian learned revenue management from his parents with paper and pencils on reservations charts. Brian has a BS in Business Management from FSU and has worked at Edgewater, Marriot Bay Point Golf Resort & Spa, By the Sea Resorts until joining the RAH family in 2014. Brian enjoys college sports especially Alabama football and spending time with his beautiful wife, Devon, and two amazing children, Taylor and Jaxon.

BIOGRAPHY
Marcus Jones has been in the hospitality industry since he was 18 years old. He began his career as a houseman at a Hilton in Milwaukee Wisconsin. At that time, management saw his undeniable drive and attention to detail, and he was quickly promoted. From there he worked as a Front Desk Manager for Holiday Inn, where he specialized in staff development and hospitality training. In 2014 he relocated to Panama City Beach to be Holiday Inn Resort's Front Desk Manager/Training Manager. He worked there until Hurricane Michael closed the hotel. Marcus joined the Royal American Family in 2019. During this time, he attended Albany Technical College where he received his Associates Degrees in Business Management for Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism. Marcus leads by example and always focuses on building his team and cultivating stellar talent. Due to his hard work and ambition Marcus Jones was promoted to Director of Guest Services in 2021. When Marcus isn't diligently working to ensure guest satisfaction he spends his free time cooking, traveling and doing daily devotionals.
