Monthly Cleaning Fee: This is included in the monthly price. Amount varies based on the unit size, please ask an agent for details.
Registration Fee: There will be a $50 registration fee per parking pass. (Some registrations must be purchased at the property.)
Resort Fee: This is a monthly fee charged to all bookings.
Damage Protection Fee: This is a one-time non-refundable $65 damage protection fee that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages if reported to the front desk at the time the damages occur.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking for every monthly reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel 31+ days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival the total amount is non-refundable.
